We're not a franchise and we're not a call center. We're a family owned company in Henderson, and the person who answers the phone is usually the person who shows up.
Freeze Zone Heating & Cooling is a family owned company in Henderson, with more than 20 years in heating and cooling. Ricardo is the father in a father and son business. If you've read our reviews, you've already seen his name in them. Customers mention him by name, which doesn't happen at companies where the owner never leaves the office.
That matters less as a credential than as a reason we're still here. The valley is a small place to build a reputation. A bad replacement follows you around. We'd rather tell you your system has two more summers in it than sell you a unit you don't need yet.
